Lead Time
Please allow at least 2 weeks for your order. Larger orders will depend on the size of the order but we normally try to get these out within 3-4 weeks. Due to the nature of our business and with our products being handcrafted, the size of the order will depend on the time in which to have it completed.
Short notice orders will be accommodated if possible however additional fees for overtime may apply.
Take the time for delivery into consideration.
Delivery
We can deliver with our courier company (door to door) or Postnet (counter to counter) to all areas in South Africa at a cost of R160 for small orders and from R250 and up for larger orders.
Outlying areas (areas outside of major towns and cities) do take longer. Please order well in advance of your event if this applies to you.
Late Order Charge
Please place your order as soon as possible and state the exact date the order is required. If placing an order at short notice with less than 1 week of the required date, a surcharge of 20% of the total order will be added.
Payment Details
Invoices will be invoiced directly to the person placing the order, unless we are instructed otherwise. We request payments for orders before commencing with production. We prefer EFT payment, direct to the bank account supplied on invoices. There is 2% additional fee on any cash/ cash deposit or cheque payments to cover bank charges charged to us for these transactions.
Substitution
We reserve the right to substitute materials or colours if absolutely necessary. All measurements quoted are approximate. In the event of any avoidable changes in terms and conditions or prices, advance warning will be given whenever possible.
Ownership of Goods
Goods remain the property of Stardust Rosettes until payment has been received in full . Shortage of goods, incorrectly supplied or goods damaged in transit must be reported as such within three days of receipt of goods.
Postage and Packing Charges
We exclusively use the service of The Courier Guy.
These prices may vary depending on the area to be delivered to and service required. Deliveries to an outlying area (area more than 40kms from a major town or city) will attract additional fees. These areas will require 2-5 working days for delivery.
There is a flat rate for small parcels fitting into a courier bag under 2kg to any major town or city in SA. Deliveries can be done overnight.
Larger parcels requiring air freight will require 2-3 working days for delivery. A quote will be requested from the courier.
In all instances, you are required to submit a delivery address for your order.
